Meet Goldie's
Hi, I'm Ashlee!
I'm the owner and baker behind Goldie's Baking Company. What started as a small cottage bakery in 2020 has grown into something I could have only dreamed of. Over the years, I've had the privilege of creating desserts for birthdays, weddings, baby showers, and so many of life's sweetest moments.
Goldie's was built on the belief that great desserts have a way of bringing people together. Whether you're stopping in for an afternoon ice cream, grabbing a handcrafted drink, or picking up a custom cake for a special celebration, my goal is to create a place that feels welcoming, joyful, and full of little moments worth remembering.
Named for her
Great-Grandma Goldie
Goldie's is named in honor of my great-grandma, Goldie — a woman whose kindness, warmth, and love for family continue to inspire me every day. I wanted to create a business that reflected those same values: a place where people feel welcome, celebrations are cherished, and every treat is made with love.
Naming the bakery after her is my way of carrying a piece of her legacy into every cake, cookie, cone, and smile we serve.
